KIDD TAKES OVER
Submitted by isport on Tue, 05/28/2013 - 10:45Former Manchester City assistant manager Brian Kidd, who has currently been placed as the caretaker manager at the club, has said that the season that just concluded has been a failure for the team.
City lifted the Premier league title last season, while they won the FA Cup in the previous year. However, they have ended the season without any major trophies. This led to the sacking of manager Roberto Mancini with two games left in the campaign. City played second fiddle to Manchester United all season long, while they were not any better in the European campaign as well.
